Also for your information, and by way of summary only, here are a few details concerning returns:
1/ You have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in new condition as when received, suitable for sale, and request an exchange or refund, excluding return costs.
The refund period is generally 3 to 5 days (the law requires a refund within a maximum of 14 days).
ATTENTION: No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for sale.
2/ All products modified, or painted, can not be refunded or exchanged.
Before installing any product requiring modification or painting, it is NECESSARY to check its compatibility with your vehicle by carrying out a "blank" installation.
To avoid any dispute following a return, you will be asked to take dated photos before returning the product.
3/ It is IMPERATIVE to check packages upon receipt (by opening the package), in the presence of the delivery person. If the parcel is damaged or has missing parts, refuse the parcel and do not sign the receipt.
If this instruction is not followed, any claim for damaged or missing products cannot be taken into account.
This is all the more important for large parcels such as bumpers and hoods.
Shipping and return costs are at the customer's expense.
All return requests must be made in advance by sending an e-mail (via the contact form).
Please specify the order number and the reason for the return.
Any return request that does not comply with the GCS or the procedure will not be processed.
